First of all, our factory model SCC016 sim card connector is a drawer-type sim card connector, which consists of a main body bracket and a

cover plate. It is an ideal product to replace molex's 912283001.

According to the experience of producing and selling this product for so many years, some common problems are analyzed. 1. Because sim

card manufacturers sometimes do not produce sim cards according to international standards, the thickness of some sim cards is ultra-thin.

In response to this problem, we designed and produced a thicker sim card tray. 2. Some customers used molex products with positioning

columns before, which are two positioning columns of the same size and parallel. The positioning column of this sim card connector in China

is two positioning columns, one large and one small. We have developed two sets of molds to meet the requirements of domestic and foreign

customers at the same time. 3. Some customers need to pass the smt placement machine twice when welding the main frame of the card holder, 

and the card holder may be placed down during the second welding. Therefore, red glue will be applied to the card holder to prevent the card

holder from falling off because the solder paste has not completely solidified. However, red glue should not be placed on movable plastic parts

such as terminals or crescent plates, which may cause the terminals not to return or the card tray to be pulled out.
  Because this sim card connector needs to be welded by an smt placement machine, it uses a high temperature resistant material - a new LCP

high temperature resistant plastic. And the first 50 molds after the injection molding machine is turned on and heated up are scrapped, so our

products will not have the problem of foaming after high temperature.
